Despite a slight hiccup with the room availability, the receptionist went above and beyond to arrange an alternative accommodation nearby, showcasing the hotel's excellent problem-solving skills and dedication to guest satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of complimentary coffee and cigarettes while waiting for the room to be ready, highlighting the personal touch and attentiveness of the manager or owner. The room upgrade I opted for on my previous visit exceeded my expectations, with a spacious layout, balcony, and picturesque view enhancing my overall experience. Hotel-Restaurant Babylon stands out not only for its architectural charm but also for its impeccable service and attention to guest comfort, making it a true gem in the hospitality industry.
